Of course, changing the apk means adding and removing the game assets, including but not limited to, capes! You can add as many capes as you like if you already know what you're doing when editing the apk. They may see as a founder cape or a pancape but NEVER the different one that you made. The ouro kronii cape you're seeing is replacing the mojang studio cape and this change is client-side which means only YOU see this cape, not the others.
This is a modified apk, Minecraft Bedrock only have 3 OFFICIAL CAPES (currently) that you can wear to your custom skin (marketplace skinpacks capes don't count since they are only work to their assigned skin) which are: *the pancape *the founder cape *the mojang studio cape(AVAILABLE TO DEVS ONLY)
